Terms of Service - Shipping

Delivery
We usually dispatch within 48 hours, although on occasion we may be waiting for stock. We will do our best to accommodate a deadline. We ship our goods throughout Australia and charge a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 per order (combined order 3kg or less). Free shipping applies to all orders over $150.00. Additional charges may be applicable for bulky items and we will contact you accordingly.

Please contact us for international shipping rates and we will provide a quote based on weight and location of delivery. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

We accept Visa, Master Card and Amex. All prices shown include GST. 

Please let us know if you require gift-wrapping, which is complimentary.

 
Returns and Exchanges

In the event an item arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact within 7 days from delivery so that we may resolve any issues.

All returns must be unused, with swing tags attached and in original condition.

You can exchange an item or receive a credit. Should a product be faulty or if it has been damaged in transit we shall gladly replace or exchange.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning parcels to Signature Colour & Desgn, and an additional charge may apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.
